Delivery & Returns

CONFIRMATION
Shortly after you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. We recommend that you double check your order and save your order confirmation if you need to contact our customer service. Please let us know right away if you don't agree with the order.

DELIVERY
If the item is in stock, the delivery within Sweden is between 2-3 business days and the delivery time for the rest of Europe is 3-5 business days. If the product you are ordering is not in stock, the delivery time is stated at the product page, between 5-7 days, 2-3 weeks, 4-5 weeks or 6-8 weeks if nothing else is mentioned. These delivery times do not include any delays that might happen with delivery. We will inform you if the product will be available earlier than stated. All our deliveries are made by DHL and you will receive a notice by text message or e-mail when the package is ready to be picked-up at your nearest DHL pick-up point. Oak & Co. is not responsible for any errors regarding stock.

SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Shipping costs within Sweden is free. Within Europe the shipping cost is 200 SEK and for the rest of the world 375 SEK.
All extra charges, costs and additional fees must be paid for by the customer. If not, Oak & Co. will deduct these from your credit.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
Every product is shown including tax. You can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment in the shopping cart. Our partners PAYPAL guarantees that every purchase will be safe and that your card information is protected. Swedish customers have the option of paying with KLARNA. You will be charged an extra fee of 39 SEK if you choose to pay with KLARNA. Your invoice will be sent to you with your order.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Our return policy is 14 days after the product has been delivered to your nearest DHL service point or, if you live outside of Sweden, to you in person. Returning a product is to be done on Oak & Co. expense if it is within Sweden. Oak & Co. shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a service. Oak & Co. is paying for the return delivery of the product within Sweden but not when it's on SALE. Returned goods from Europe/Rest of the world is paid by the customer. Oak & Co. will also pay to send replacement products and/or services. Returned products/services are to be sent as letters or postal packages, and not for COD. The products are to be returned in original condition and cannot have been used. The item/items will be returned in original condition. I.e. that they are not used, all original labels, tags and seals remain on the items as when you received the goods. Always enclose the original packaging and designer tags. If the order is not returned within the 14 days, the freight back to the customer is to be done at the customers expense.

Return address: Ek Inter AB, Ängelholmsvägen 263, 269 42 Båstad, Sweden. All packages sent to Oak & Co. must have a valid tracking number.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE OR LOST IN TRANSIT
All Oak & Co. products are insured against theft and damage while the product is in transfer. When the transfer is complete and the customer has received the package it is no longer under our insurance. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you want to report any damage or lost goods. Oak & Co. can not be held responsible for any items lost in transit. Does this happen refundable goods and any shipping charges back to the customer. Please note: when making and international return or exchange, always state "for exchange" on the package. Without such notice, the package is at risk for additional costs for customs and taxes. Oak & Co does not cover any of these costs.
